Pinterest Pass or FAIL!!

For this Pinterest pass or fail, we have the wonderous DIY "cardboard guitar".

I play the guitar (True story! No pun intended.) and I thought that this would be a cute craft to make.

Well, here is MY version of it:

Looks more like a crusty old banjo than a guitar...
So that's why I am going to call this an epic FAIL!

Long story short, it helps to thoroughly read through the instructions before beginning a DIY project, and not just ASSUME you know what the instructions are going to say. For example, I discovered in the process of making this, that you need a "special kit" in order to complete this!

Epic Fail, yes. But not a complete loss, I will from now on, read through all the instructions before starting a project! (Right Dad? Isn't this what you always tell mom?)

Lesson learned!
